About The Position

Privia Health is seeking a Workflow & Training Associate to join their rapidly growing Practice Integration team. This hybrid role combines training and workflow design, responsible for supporting training and workflow configuration in both new and existing markets. The role involves delivering training to providers, clinical staff, and administrative staff, leading training events, communicating best practices, assisting in the development of eLearnings and knowledge libraries, and creating/reporting on KPI trends.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in an Ambulatory EHR environment
  • Tech savvy
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of athenahealth’s suite of tools preferred
  • Previous healthcare operations experience preferred; working with physicians and medical group staff preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-live training to providers, clinical staff, and administrative staff focused on efficiency, delegation, and population health initiatives.
  • Lead onsite and virtual training events for existing market and new market implementations
  • Communicate and teach Privia's best practices when appropriate.
  • Assist in the development of web-based eLearnings and knowledge library
  • Conduct training sessions for key stakeholders and end users
  • Assist in efforts to improve or redesign the training program at the national level
  • Create and report on KPI trends and performance, highlight key insights and strategize on opportunities to improve end user efficiency.
  • Create and maintain athenaOne best practice guides and resources
  • Acts as a SME for Privia Health’s technology platform and workflows and liaison to other Privia stakeholders
