About The Position

The Workflow Manager will provide crucial support to end users in operating real property databases, manage communication workflows, and ensure smooth coordination between support desk personnel and field bases. The role involves responding to inquiries, drafting management documents, and monitoring the currency of information related to real property management support.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of Real Estate/Real Property experience.
  • Knowledge of real estate instruments and their content requirements to coordinate with Government Realty Specialists.
  • Five (5) years of experience in workflow management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and NexGen IT.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate/Real Property Government forms.
  • Experience in commercial, business, or industrial property management, including: Acquisition or sale of real property, Real property evaluation and valuation, Establishment of rental rates, Tenant selection, Maintenance of real property.
  • Government Real Estate/Real Property experience.
  • Experience in data validation and transcription.
  • Technical writing experience, including memoranda, Background Bullet Papers (BBPs), and white papers.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal

Responsibilities

  • Assist end users with operational issues related to real property databases, including the ANG Real Property Package Tool (RPPT), Air Force APSR, and Support Agreements Library Tool (SALT).
  • Manage the NGB/A4AI Outlook organizational email box, ensuring timely responses or forwarding to appropriate POCs within one business day.
  • Address emails, Teams messages, or phone calls from field personnel regarding inspections, inventories, real property transactions, or database management when no government personnel signature is required.
  • Ensure NGB/A4FIR Action Officers are informed of all communications between the support desk and their assigned bases.
  • Draft various communication and management documents, including announcements, training materials, briefings, templates, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor and advise the NGB/A4FIR Program POC on issues related to real property management support, training materials, templates, and SharePoint features.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
