The Manager, Workface Planning is responsible for leading and overseeing all Workface Planning (WFP) and Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) activities across assigned projects or business units. This role provides strategic direction, governance, and leadership for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Construction Work Packages (CWPs), Installation Work Packages (IWPs), Work Packages (WPs), constraint management processes, and field execution readiness programs. The Manager, Workface Planning partners closely with Construction Management, Project Controls, Engineering, Procurement, Material Management, Quality, Safety, and Project Leadership to ensure construction work is planned, coordinated, and released in a manner that maximizes field productivity, minimizes delays, and supports safe, predictable project execution. This position is responsible for managing Workface Planning personnel, establishing planning standards and processes, driving package readiness, and ensuring alignment between project schedules, material availability, engineering deliverables, and construction execution requirements.
