About The Position

Clemens Food Group is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager to own its workers’ compensation claims program and strengthen management of complex claims, medical issues, and overall program performance. The role is based on-site in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, with approximately 10% travel. The Claims Manager will provide hands-on oversight of a high-volume program, with particular emphasis on Pennsylvania and Michigan claims and exposure across multiple jurisdictions. A planned transition with the incumbent will provide an opportunity to learn the existing program before taking ownership of its future direction.
