About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join its growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The attorney will litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including high-exposure and complex matters. Common claims include repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss. The firm represents clients across industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education. The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates who provide mentoring and skill development. The position offers hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, with the opportunity to develop toward full case management at an appropriate pace. Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of litigation experience.
