The Workday HRIS Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the HRIS (Workday), which includes various modules for Reporting, Core Data, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits. As we continue to adjust to using Workday, this role is responsible for maintaining system function and assisting with the ongoing development of the new system. The ideal candidate for this role is organized, collaborative, analytical, and has great attention to detail. They must be comfortable working independently, with the flexibility to change priorities, as the needs of the department change. They’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to configure, test, and launch Workday modules, while also supporting ongoing system enhancements and user adoption. A strong working knowledge of Excel and overall adaptability to new programs are a must! The ideal candidate will also be able to handle a fast-paced work environment while being able to handle sensitive and confidential information. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact on the organization. This position will be hybrid, with about 1 day per week in the office, or as needed.
