The HRIS Manager, Workday is responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Workday platform, with a strong focus on functional design, system configuration, and process improvement across key HCM modules. This role serves as a subject matter expert in Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, and Absence Management, ensuring the system is scalable, compliant, and aligned with evolving business needs. In addition to configuration ownership, this role will deliver reporting and analytics solutions, including dashboards and calculated fields, to support data-driven decision-making. The HRIS Manager will report to the HRIS Director and partner closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
