Workday HCM Business Intelligence Analyst (Remote Available)
About The Position
The Workday HCM Business Intelligence Analyst develops and maintains Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Workday reports and dashboards, including requirements definition, data analysis, testing, and appropriate user access. The role uses Workday tools to meet end-user data needs, performs data analysis, implements small projects or components of larger projects, and solves moderately complex problems with occasional guidance. Approximately 85% of the role is Workday reporting; it does not involve much business process configuration. The analyst collaborates with team members, internal and external Human Resources teams, and business users to identify and develop solutions. The role supports effective use of new Workday features released bi-annually, documents development and modifications, and helps maintain the integrity and security of enterprise data. The position is available remotely from most US locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience with Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Workday report and dashboard solutions.
- Relevant work experience; the posting lists an experience level of 5 years.
- Experience or capability in data analysis, business intelligence tools, business requirements definition, and data mining at a novice proficiency level.

- Familiarity and expertise with Workday Security as it relates to reporting and dashboards.
