About The Position

This position is responsible for delivering new applications, enhancements, and ongoing support for enterprise ERP systems, primarily Workday. The role includes partnering closely with business owners to plan and execute technology roadmaps and to deliver technical initiatives aligned with enterprise architecture standards, project methodologies, and budget expectations.

Requirements

5+ years of Workday software development experience
5+ years designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining Workday solutions using: Workday Studio, Workday Extend, EIB, Reporting (Standard, Advanced, Composite, BIRT)
At least 4 years of experience working with Workday Financials
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Strong collaborator and business partner
Innovative mindset and ability to work in evolving environments
Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
Proven capability to solve complex business and technical challenges
Hands‑on Workday development experience
Experience across core Workday modules
Strong technical developer experience (not a business‑only configuration role)

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience with Workday Orchestration for Integrations (O4I) preferred
Experience with Accounting Center and Prism Analytics preferred
Workday Certification preferred
Financial services industry experience preferred
