Under minimal direction, this role is responsible for providing support to technical staff and performing administrative duties as assigned by the customer and the Site Manager. The position involves dispatching personnel to repair conveyor line issues, creating work orders, and maintaining databases and reports related to the maintenance site and conveyor line operation. The role also requires maintaining communication with the customer, documenting daily functions and system statistics, and assisting with clearing jams in the baggage handling system. Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and the customer is essential. Additionally, the role may involve maintaining parts inventory and data entry in CMMS, as well as completing all assigned safety training and complying with ELS safety programs.
