The Order Coordinator role is responsible for printing, organizing, and dispatching routed orders, providing communication and support between sales and warehouse teams, reviewing and maintaining workbooks, monitoring work volume, and maintaining a clean work area, while complying with safety procedures and assisting in other warehouse areas as needed.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in safely operating warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, pallet jack, high reach truck)
• High degree of skill and dexterity in operation and safe control of warehouse equipment
• Experience and certification for an electric pallet jack
• Experience with Infor WMS

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and receive verbal instructions for work assignments to print, organize, separate, scan and assign customer orders/pick tickets
• Provide communication and support between sales and warehouse teams including reviewing emails for deleted orders, route and quantity changes and responding to the team in a timely manner
• Review and maintain workbooks, refresh and finalize queries
• Monitor and communicate work volume to the Management Team
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform functions, accountabilities and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules and regulations including GMP guidelines
• Assist with and within other warehouse areas and functions as needed
