About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Work-From-Home Insurance Consultant to guide individuals and families through life, accident, and supplemental health coverage options. The role involves supporting clients who want to understand benefit programs and insurance coverage, building relationships, and providing dependable service. Company-provided warm leads, online training, coaching, and other resources are available. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
Requirements
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills.

- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
