About The Position

Comp Sci High is a public charter high school serving the South Bronx with a mission to give every student a path to economic freedom. The Work-Based Learning Coordinator helps source, vet, and manage job and internship opportunities for approximately 1,100 students and alumni. This role requires a flexible, relationship-forward, operationally strong problem-solver who can manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously and take initiative without direct supervision. The ideal candidate is mission-driven and justice-focused, with a deep connection to the success of students from the Bronx. This position offers an opportunity to join a team expanding an innovative program model that will impact the futures of South Bronx students. The Work-Based Learning Coordinator reports to the Director of Work-Based Learning (DWBL) and works closely with the Post-Secondary Learning team. As the Work-Based Learning program continues to grow, the expectation is that the Coordinator’s role will expand to include more management and leadership responsibilities.
