About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Talent Coordinator to support onboarding, recruiting events, orientation, and training administration in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. This role requires strong follow-through, professionalism, and a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience. The Learning & Talent Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the candidate and team member journey by ensuring paperwork is accurate and organized, training records are maintained, onboarding is seamless, and hiring and learning events are executed to the highest standard. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or hospitality operations experience required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to support early mornings, evenings, weekends, open calls, orientations, and venue visits as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a luxury restaurant, hotel, hospitality, or high-volume environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, orientation, recruiting events, training coordination, or employee records management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ADP, ATS systems, or onboarding systems is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support open call events, hiring fairs, and recruiting initiatives across all venues while maintaining a polished and professional candidate experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding paperwork, including new hire documents, I-9s, E-Verify, and ADP entries with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain organized and accurate employee files, ensuring paperwork is scanned, uploaded, filed, and compliant.
  • Ensure all hiring, onboarding, and training trackers are updated consistently and accurately.
  • Assist with orientation preparation, including agendas, materials, room setup, attendance tracking, and follow-up communication.
  • Support Learning & Development initiatives by maintaining class rosters, sign-in sheets, certification records, and training completion reports.
  • Track and manage attendance for orientation sessions, leadership classes, training workshops, and venue-specific learning programs.
  • Maintain organized records for training certifications, assessments, and compliance-related learning.
  • Support the Learning & Development team with printing, assembling, and distributing training materials and packets.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and venue leadership to ensure a smooth transition from candidate stage to onboarding and orientation.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, sending calendar invites, and coordinating candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Help maintain job postings, recruitment trackers, and applicant pipelines through ADP and other systems.
  • Support new venue openings with hiring event coordination, onboarding logistics, and training administration.
  • Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition Learning & Development projects as needed.
  • Assist with reporting related to hiring, onboarding completion, training attendance, certifications, and turnover trends.
  • Assist in the operation when needed for orientation, training events, open calls, community events, and venue support.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with candidates, employees, venue leadership, and corporate teams.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to visit multiple venues and support various departments as business needs evolve.
