About The Position

Burke Williams Spa is hiring a part-time Women's Spa Attendant for its Woodland Hills spa. The role is responsible for laundry, refilling products, and light janitorial work while maintaining a five-star standard of presentation and guest service. The attendant works as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and reports to the Distribution Manager. Previous hospitality or spa industry experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Speak clearly and professionally and communicate fluently in English.
• Be detail-oriented, focused, and energetic, with the ability to work as part of a team in a very fast-paced environment.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

• Previous experience in the hospitality or spa industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle laundry, refill products, and perform light janitorial work.
• Maintain a five-star standard in presentation and guest service.
• Follow company and safety and security policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, and injuries.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address their service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Support the team in reaching common goals.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by managers or supervisors.
