About The Position

The Women's Spa Attendant is responsible for keeping the Spa and Fitness Center’s public areas, treatment rooms, and locker rooms clean, sanitary, safe, and properly stocked. The attendant maintains a calm and welcoming environment, responds to guest needs and inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, and provides thoughtful assistance while respecting guest privacy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of personal training experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and employees.
• Positive and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize the spa, fitness center, locker rooms, showers, vanities, machines, and equipment in accordance with applicable standards.
• Respond to guest needs and inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Stock and replenish supplies and products, including clean towels, fresh water, and drinking cups.
• Monitor facility use to help ensure guest safety.
• Instruct guests where they may change or dress for treatments and experiences.
• Keep guest lounge and deck areas neat and sanitary.
• Maintain all spaces in neat, safe, and sanitary condition.
• Ensure guests are properly checked in and out of lockers as necessary.
