About The Position

Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service while assisting with wireless devices, plans, accessories, and services.
- Ask questions to identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
- Build customer relationships through service and follow-up.
- Assist with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
- Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge of wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
- Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
