About The Position

Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers choose wireless devices, plans, accessories, and services. The role combines customer service, relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales in a retail environment. Representatives support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service concerns while working toward individual and team sales goals.

The position also contributes to store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures. Employees receive ongoing training on wireless products, services, and promotions. Compensation includes a $12.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission; average earnings are described as up to $17.00 per hour, with the potential to earn more through commissions. This is an evergreen posting, and applications may be considered for current or future openings in the designated market.

Responsibilities
