About The Position

Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find wireless devices, plans, accessories, and services. The role combines customer service, problem-solving, relationship-building, and sales in a retail environment. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while helping customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions to identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build customer relationships through service and follow-up.
• Help customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
