Sales - Wireless Specialist
About The Position
Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Wireless Specialist to help customers find wireless devices, plans, accessories, and services that meet their needs. The role combines customer service, relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales in a retail environment. Compensation includes a base rate of $12.00 per hour plus uncapped commission. Average earnings are described as up to $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity for high performers to earn more through commissions. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while assisting with wireless devices, plans, accessories, and services.
- Ask questions to identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
- Build lasting customer relationships through service and follow-up.
- Help customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
- Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge of wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
- Assist with store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
