About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Pros to work in wireless retail locations. The role connects shoppers with wireless products and solutions, serves as a source of wireless expertise, and closes sales through customer engagement, creativity, and problem-solving. Compensation includes an hourly base rate and uncapped commission potential; the top 25% of sales professionals earn more than $20 per hour including base pay and commissions. The role also offers career advancement opportunities, coaching, and health benefit plans that include no-copay telemedicine regardless of hours worked.

Requirements

• Bring a high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness when engaging customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Be motivated to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
• Be able to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Be flexible to work peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
• Be driven to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless-category knowledge is not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by selling new phones, processing upgrades, and bundling accessories.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product selections to buyers.
• Help shoppers enjoy their new products through setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in excellent condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members in completing assigned tasks.
• Provide excellent service while demonstrating integrity.
