About The Position

Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to provide an excellent customer experience. The associate works directly with customers, educates them about Verizon products and services, and guides them through selection and purchase. The role involves meeting sales goals, supporting store operations, completing required training, and developing skills for potential career advancement. The position may require travel to locations within an assigned district based on business needs.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
Ability to travel to various locations in the assigned district as business needs dictate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Willingness to submit to a background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create an ideal customer experience for each customer.
Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
Educate customers about Verizon products and services.
Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
Handle customer situations as trained to satisfy customers’ needs.
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks assigned individually or to the team.
Complete required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
Develop professional skills to take on additional responsibilities and pursue career advancement opportunities.
