About The Position
Blue Link Wireless, an authorized retailer of AT&T, is hiring a full-time Wireless Retail Sales Associate, described in the posting as a Sales Advocate. The associate helps customers choose devices and wireless plans through conversations, problem-solving, and sales. Base pay is supplemented by uncapped commission, and the company provides three weeks of paid training. No wireless experience is required. The role involves engaging walk-in customers, learning current AT&T products and promotions, meeting monthly sales goals, and providing honest and helpful service. Associates may represent the brand at community events and may be asked to work at nearby locations. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to remain on one’s feet for most of a shift.
- Ability to use tablets and POS systems throughout the day.
- Ability to occasionally move items weighing up to 15 pounds.
