About The Position
Blue Link Wireless, an authorized AT&T retailer, is hiring a full-time Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and wireless plans. This is a customer-facing sales role focused on conversation, problem-solving, and closing sales. The position offers base pay plus uncapped commission and includes three weeks of paid training. Wireless experience is not required. Associates may need to work at nearby locations and be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Pass a background check.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Be able to learn technology such as iPads, POS systems, and carrier apps.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail or sales experience.
- Bilingual skills.
- Hospitality background.
- Familiarity with wireless products and services.
Responsibilities
- Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through product knowledge and customer connection.
- Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
- Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
- Contribute positive energy and help build a supportive store culture.
- Handle customer service and sales needs honestly and carefully.
- Work at nearby locations as needed.
