Wireless Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
Blue Link Wireless, an authorized AT&T retailer, is hiring a full-time retail sales associate to help customers select devices and wireless plans. This is an active sales role focused on customer conversations, problem-solving, product knowledge, and closing sales—not simply monitoring a register. Compensation includes base pay and uncapped commission, with paid three-week training provided and no wireless experience required. Associates engage walk-in customers, guide device and plan decisions, work toward monthly sales goals, stay informed about AT&T products and promotions, and provide honest, attentive service. The role may also involve representing the brand at community events, contributing to a positive store culture, and working at nearby locations as needed. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. The position is primarily floor-based. Associates spend most of their shift on their feet, use tablets and POS systems throughout the day, and may occasionally move items weighing up to 15 pounds. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to spend most of a shift on one's feet and occasionally move items weighing up to 15 pounds.
