Wireless Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
Blue Link Wireless, an authorized AT&T retailer, is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to help customers choose wireless devices and plans. This is a customer-facing sales role focused on conversation, problem-solving, and closing sales—not simply operating a register. The company provides three weeks of paid training, and no wireless experience is required. Pay includes a base wage and uncapped commission; the listed pay range is $16–$25 USD, and top performers may earn significantly more through commission. Associates engage walk-in customers, learn their needs, and recommend suitable devices and plans. They keep up with AT&T products, promotions, and devices, may represent the brand at community events, and contribute to a positive store culture. The role may require flexibility to work at nearby locations, as well as availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. It is a floor role requiring extended periods on one's feet, regular use of tablets and POS systems, and occasional lifting of items weighing up to 15 pounds.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to spend most of the shift on one's feet, use tablets and POS systems, and occasionally move items weighing up to 15 pounds.
