About The Position

Blue Link Wireless, an authorized retailer of AT&T, is hiring a full-time Wireless Retail Sales Associate. The role helps customers select devices and plans through customer conversations, problem-solving, and sales. Base pay is supplemented by uncapped commission, and fully paid three-week training is provided. No wireless experience is required. Associates engage walk-in customers, provide service and sales support, stay informed about AT&T products and promotions, and may represent the brand at community events. The position may require working at nearby locations and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role is primarily on the sales floor, with significant time spent standing and using tablets and POS systems; associates may occasionally move items weighing up to 15 pounds.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to pass a background check.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
Ability to hold conversations with a range of customers, learn technology quickly, and be motivated by monthly goals.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
