Wireless Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
Blue Link Wireless, an authorized retailer of AT&T, is hiring a full-time Wireless Retail Sales Associate, described in the posting as a Sales Advocate. The role helps customers choose devices and plans through customer conversations, problem-solving, and sales. Base pay is supplemented by uncapped commission, and the company provides three weeks of paid training. Wireless experience is not required. Associates engage walk-in customers, explain device and plan options, stay informed about AT&T products and promotions, and work toward monthly sales targets. The position also includes handling service needs, occasionally representing the brand at community events, contributing to a positive store culture, and working at nearby locations as needed. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. The stated pay range is $14–$25 USD.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to remain on one's feet for most of the shift.
- Ability to use tablets and POS systems throughout the day.
- Ability to occasionally move items weighing up to 15 pounds.
