About The Position

This is a seasonal, part-time position responsible for maintaining a safe, inviting, and pleasant atmosphere for guests at Titletown. The primary duties involve the upkeep and maintenance of the Titletown ice rink and artificial snow areas. Additionally, the role includes maintaining equipment, buildings, and grounds throughout Titletown, Lambeau Field, and other properties. Working hours will vary based on operational needs, including second and third shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Experience in building maintenance or facility operation.
Hands-on, self-starting, and take-charge individual with strong people skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
Working knowledge of power tools and equipment.
Efficient and effective resourcefulness, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Flexibility with hours to work extended and non-traditional hours, including second and third shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Valid Wisconsin driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating ice resurfacing and/or snow grooming equipment.
General knowledge of ice rinks, compressors, and chiller systems.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain ice resurfacers, ice edgers, snow groomers, snow guns, water systems, snowblowers, and tube conveyors.
Perform preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of machines and facilities to minimize downtime.
Assist with the installation and removal of the dasher system and tube conveyor.
Produce and maintain artificial snow in designated areas.
Perform snow removal as needed.
Complete assigned tasks independently.
Work collaboratively with team members.
Ensure equipment, buildings, and grounds are clean and well-maintained for the functional integrity of Titletown.
Set up and remove tables, chairs, equipment, and staging for special events and park functions.
Clean all public area restrooms, buildings, and grounds, including restocking supplies.
Assist with other assigned tasks, maintenance, and projects.
