About The Position
Pierce Manufacturing has a limited number of winter employment positions available for family members of team members currently working at Pierce Manufacturing and Airport Products. Positions are available on varying shifts during the winter months and pay $16.00 per hour. Selection is based on the length of service of the current Pierce or Airport Products team-member parent. Up to two children per parent are eligible unless demand exceeds the number of applicants; the first child is selected based on the parent's seniority, and the second is considered based on position availability. The posting also lists a target pay range of $32,000–$48,000 across U.S. locations. Individual pay within that range is determined by role scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education and skills, and pay equity among team members in similar positions.
Requirements
- Must be a family member of a team member currently working at Pierce Manufacturing or Airport Products.
- Selection is based on the length of service of the parent who is a current Pierce or Airport Products team member.
- A maximum of two children per parent are eligible unless demand exceeds applicants; the second child is considered based on position availability.
