Winter Co-op/Field Operations
About The Position
The Field Operations student worker provides first-line responses to field queries about the analytic tools used by field teams. The role works across several teams to identify appropriate resolutions or escalation paths. Field Operations supports smooth sales operations and maintains accurate, up-to-date analytic tools, connecting home-office insights and strategies with Sales team needs. This is a six-month assignment running approximately January through July 2027. The student worker must be able to work 35–40 hours per week throughout the assignment. The position is a temporary role employed by Atrium and assigned to GSK. It is eligible for overtime pay under applicable federal and state requirements.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Business Information Systems, Sales, Business Analytics, General Business, or Analytics; these fields are identified as most relevant.
- Must be able to work full-time, 35–40 hours per week, throughout the six-month assignment.
- Must have active student status and/or be within 12 months after graduation from a bachelor's or master's degree program; postdoctoral candidates are not eligible.
- Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check before the target assignment start date.
- Must complete the GSK Digital Assessment and achieve a passing score to proceed in the application process.
Nice To Haves
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate across business areas and levels and explain technical answers in straightforward language.
- Strong analytical abilities, including strong Excel skills and familiarity with PowerBI and/or Python or SQL to parse large datasets and identify insights, issues, or trends.
- A problem-solving focus and ability to develop solutions to varied challenges.
