About The Position

Reyes Beverage Group, Spirits and Wine is hiring a Wine Sales Account Manager for the Manassas and Bristow, Virginia territory. The role is responsible for meeting sales objectives, growing new business, and maintaining established product distribution at grocery accounts. It includes executing retail sales plans and promotions, maintaining product quality and code-date compliance, managing inventory, and ensuring products are properly placed and rotated. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Compensation is a salary range of $50,000–$65,000 per year, plus a monthly car allowance and mileage reimbursement. Employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable automobile transportation, an acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage meeting Company and state minimum requirements.
Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience, or high school diploma/GED with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience.
Must be able to lift products weighing 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 175 pounds when handling keg product.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and meet monthly business objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution.
Execute sales plans and retail promotions, communicate pricing and product promotions, coordinate product displays and point-of-sale materials, and support promotional events and other product-promotion opportunities.
Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code-date standards.
Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
Manage inventory levels accurately to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
Monitor product placement and rotation in selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact.
Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
