About The Position

The Window Install Helper installs home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures, and performs finish work as needed for construction applications. At the end of each installation, the employee communicates with management to help ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments. The role also includes completing a carpentry job checklist with the homeowner upon completion.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at completion.
