About The Position
Window World of Boston is seeking experienced Window & Door Installation Subcontractors to join our growing installation team. We are looking for professional, dependable installers and crews who have experience installing replacement windows and doors and take pride in providing high-quality workmanship and an excellent customer experience. We offer consistent, year-round work, competitive installation rates, a steady volume of jobs, organized scheduling and job coordination, and materials and products ready for scheduled installations. There is an opportunity for increased volume based on performance. Requirements
- Experienced Installation Crews Wanted

- Experience installing replacement windows and doors
- Provide high-quality workmanship

- Experience with replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and related products
- Ability to properly remove and install windows and doors
- Experience with interior and exterior finish work
- Knowledge of proper flashing, insulation, sealing, and weatherproofing techniques
- Ability to identify and address installation-related issues in the field
- Must provide your own tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation and appropriate work vehicle
- Ability to maintain a clean and professional job site
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Professional appearance and communication with customers
- Dependable and able to maintain scheduled installation dates
- Must meet all applicable insurance and subcontractor requirements
Responsibilities
