About The Position

Budget Blinds of Boise is hiring an Apprentice Window Covering Installer to learn a skilled trade while assisting experienced professionals with custom installations in homes throughout the Treasure Valley. The role includes hands-on training in installing blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, motorization, and other premium window coverings. Previous years of experience are not required; the employer is looking for a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn and improve.

Most of the workday is spent traveling to customer homes alongside experienced installers. The work offers varied learning opportunities and installation challenges. The position is described as stable, year-round, and full-time, with hourly pay of $18–$22 and milestone-based raises as skills advance. Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
