About The Position

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Window Installer to install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures. The installer applies finish work as needed, communicates with management at the end of each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payment, and completes a job checklist with the homeowner. The position offers year-round work, paid training, bonuses, weekly direct deposits, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to earn up to $150,000–$300,000 annually. Requirements

At least 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
Knowledge of residential replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, and caulking.
An established LLC or business operating under an EIN.
General liability and workers' compensation insurance.
A cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities
