About The Position
Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Window Installer to install home remodeling products according to company standards and procedures. The role includes applying finish work as needed, communicating with management at the end of each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, and completing a job checklist with the homeowner. Requirements
- At least 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
- Knowledge of residential replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, and caulking.
- An established LLC or business operating under an EIN.
- General liability and workers' compensation insurance.
- A cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.
