About The Position

Budget Blinds of Boise is hiring an Apprentice Installer to learn and assist with installing custom window coverings in homes throughout the Treasure Valley. The apprentice works alongside experienced installers and receives hands-on training in installing blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, motorization, and other window coverings. This role is intended to develop the skills needed to become an Experienced Installer. The position offers $18–$22 per hour, with milestone-based raises as skills advance, and is described as stable, year-round, full-time work.

Most of the workday is spent traveling to customer homes with experienced installers. The role involves active, hands-on work at varied residential jobsites and requires care in protecting customers’ homes, maintaining clean and safe worksites, and providing exceptional service.
