WICB is seeking a Program Director for the 2026-2027 academic year. The ideal candidate is a student who is highly organized and detail-oriented, possessing strong communication skills for both in-person and email interactions. Competency in operating the Zetta radio automation system is essential. This role involves collaborating with the Talent Coordinator and Music Directors to establish the weekly broadcast schedule, including the automation of pre-recorded programs as needed. The Program Director is also required to attend weekly WICB Executive Staff meetings and General Staff meetings, held on Wednesdays from 6:30-7 p.m. Applicants must have been a WICB member for at least one semester and demonstrate a collaborative team player attitude.
