About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a fully remote agent to support clients seeking supplemental benefits. The role is suited to people who enjoy a service-oriented environment, including recent or soon-to-be graduates. The agent will guide individuals and families through benefit options and enrollment, conduct virtual Zoom consultations, maintain accurate digital records, follow up with clients, and build long-term relationships. The position is an independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities; required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing costs are the candidate’s responsibility. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be self-driven and organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Be capable of obtaining the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Be comfortable using virtual tools and participating in video meetings.
- Have a genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities
- Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up.
- Deliver excellent, client-centered service.

- Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients.
