This position is for a Western Regional Truck Driver. New Class A CDL holders are welcome and will receive training on Western lanes with a trainer, followed by solo driving. The role offers short runs, primarily within 11 Western states, with opportunities for more miles if desired. Drivers can expect to be home every two weeks. The company allows riders and pets after the training period. The average weekly gross pay ranges from $1,000 to $1,300, with a guaranteed weekly pay of $1,000 for the first 3 months of solo driving. Additional compensation includes a performance bonus of up to 6 cents per mile, $15 for stop pay, $20 for assist unload pay, and $80 for full hand unloads. Drivers are expected to run between 1,700 to 2,100 miles per week.
