About The Position

Park National Bank is offering a rotational internship in its West Region for students currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related area of study at a college or university. Interns spend time with Retail, Commercial, Wealth Management, and Mortgage Lending. They learn about Park’s brand, culture, and history; develop an understanding of department operations and standards; contribute to projects and daily work; and build relationships across the bank. The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related area of study at a college or university.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative to learn about Park’s brand, culture, and history.
• Develop an understanding of department operations, processes, procedures, and performance standards.
• Contribute to projects and daily work in the assigned banking department.
• Present project results to the appropriate audience when requested.
• Network with associates, leaders, and executives across the bank to develop strong relationships.
• Complete required trainings in a timely manner and seek additional learning and development opportunities.
• Participate in end-of-term performance reviews and provide detailed feedback about the internship experience, including suggestions for improvement.
• Spend time with Retail, Commercial, Wealth Management, and Mortgage Lending in the West Region.
