About The Position

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, customer-centric Wellness & Recovery Specialist for its Operations department. This role supports the company’s brand amenities, including Refresh & Recovery, The Tank, EGYM, and locker rooms. The specialist provides exceptional member service, supports amenities, and enforces safety protocols to help deliver a superior member experience. The role also maintains clean, organized amenities, identifies equipment issues, and coordinates with managers to support smooth operations.

The specialist assists and educates members on recovery services such as cryotherapy, infrared therapy, hydro massage, Normatech, and Theraguns. They maintain amenity cleanliness and organization, check equipment and pool and sauna conditions, ensure membership access compliance, and report operational or technical issues. The position may also support front desk staff as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask while engaging effectively with members in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey issues and operational needs clearly to management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to learn about the Refresh & Recovery services offered.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist and educate members on Refresh & Recovery services, including cryotherapy, infrared therapy, hydro massage, Normatech, Theraguns, and other offerings.
• Follow and lead safety protocols to prioritize the health and safety of team members and members.
• Enforce membership compliance by confirming members have the appropriate membership level to access amenities.
• Monitor saunas and recovery rooms, maintaining clean floors, stocked towels, suitable lighting, and comfortable music levels.
• Identify EGYM and Tank equipment or technical issues and communicate concerns to the Operations Manager for resolution.
• Ensure equipment is functional, clean, and equally accessible to members.
• Conduct daily equipment functionality and cleanliness audits during weekly walks for all amenities, addressing concerns promptly.
• Regularly audit pool and sauna temperatures, functionality, and cleanliness during shift walks, and report issues.
• Keep amenities organized by returning equipment to its designated area after use.
• Support front desk staff as needed to promote smooth operations and member satisfaction.
