About The Position
As a Wellness Nurse (RN) at Sunrise Senior Living, you oversee resident health, support clinical systems, and ensure high-quality, compliant care delivery. Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Experience in assisted living, hospital, or long-term care.
- Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and monitor resident health trends.
- Oversee medication programs and documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate care with families, physicians, and clinical teams.
- Support infection control and regulatory compliance.
- Lead clinical training and support staff development.
- Monitor incidents and drive quality improvements.
