About The Position
Acts is seeking a Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents across all levels of care. The role provides direct, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living—including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility—while prioritizing residents’ safety, comfort, and dignity. The provider monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being and promptly reports changes to the appropriate supervisor to support proactive, personalized care.
Requirements
- Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program, or equivalent verifiable training and experience that meets applicable state requirements.
- Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain certification within three months of employment.
- If responsible for transporting a resident, maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with residents’ daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility.
- Prioritize residents’ safety, comfort, and dignity while providing care.
- Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
- Promptly report changes in residents’ condition to the appropriate supervisor.
