Wellness Floor Attendant

About The Position
The Wellness Floor Attendant greets members in the Wellness Center and helps them feel confident and comfortable with their workouts. The role includes guiding members on proper equipment use, recommending wellness programs, and offering encouragement. The attendant also helps keep the space clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for healthy living.
- Obtain CPR Pro/AED and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.
- Obtain YMCA wellness and safety certifications within 90 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior customer service or fitness experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities
