About The Position
The Franklin YMCA is Now Hiring for Wellness Floor Attendant. This is a part-time position with a pay range starting at $15 per hour, with potential for more based on experience. Shifts vary by location. The role involves being the friendly face greeting members in the Wellness Center, helping them feel confident and comfortable with their workouts. This includes guiding members on proper equipment use, recommending wellness programs, offering encouragement, and ensuring the space stays clean, safe, and welcoming.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- CPR Pro/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- YMCA wellness and safety certifications within 90 days
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or fitness experience

Responsibilities
- Greet members in the Wellness Center.
