About The Position

The Wellness Coordinator is a key position at Scenthound, focused on selling memberships while providing exceptional service to every customer. The role is suited to a goal-oriented, outgoing, self-motivated team member with a passion for sales, customer service, and dog health and wellness. The position offers a training path for team members who want to advance their careers toward Scenthound Manager roles.

Requirements

Sales experience and confidence; membership sales are highly valued.
Customer service experience, such as in retail or restaurants.
Computer and technology proficiency.
Passion for dogs and dog health and wellness.
Reliable transportation.
Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.
Commitment to the company's mission and core values.
Confidence in selling services and products.
Ability to connect with customers, both canine and human, and provide outstanding customer service.
Ability to learn products and services and educate dog parents, speaking to the company's values and culture as the basis for its services.
Effective communication with team members and dog parents in person and on the phone.
Ability to solve problems independently using Scenthound values and culture as a guide.
Attention to detail.
Time-management skills and ability to schedule appointments efficiently.
Accountability and willingness to hold oneself and others to Scenthound standards.

Responsibilities

Drive membership sales through health and wellness education.
Drive key performance indicators, including average ticket price and rebook ratio, through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales.
Develop membership leads and follow up with potential members.
Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, and manage customer profiles and records.
Manage the cash drawer and daily cash handling.
Manage customer expectations, resolve customer concerns, and retain memberships.
Follow Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices and keep the reception area clean and presentable.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager.
