Requirements

General fabrication and MIG welding of steel experience is required
Self-driven and motivated; hard worker capable of working unsupervised
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Quick learner with excellent hand-eye coordination
Ability to lift or move 60+ lbs. products continuously and stand on your feet for long periods of time
Strong time management skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to operate a pallet jack and other fabrication equipment

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Maximize the efficiency of our robots and cobots by ensuring that the machines have components loaded and finished parts are unloaded so the machines are fully utilized.
Safely load components to be welded into fixtures.
Safely unload finished products onto pallets, ready for Powder coating and shipping to our valued customers. Clean parts using grinders, etc. after welding as needed.
Keep equipment and work areas spotless to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Contribute to the team by operating grinders, band saws, benders, welding, or other duties as assigned.
