Metal Fabricator
About The Position
We are looking for a Metal Fabricator to join our manufacturing and fabrication team in Sewickley, PA. This hands-on position involves working with metal materials and fabrication equipment to produce quality components. Previous metal fabrication experience is preferred but not required; the employer is willing to train the right candidate on company-specific machinery and processes. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, construction, welding, assembly, or other hands-on environments are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working with tools and equipment, and willing to learn.
Requirements
- Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure and work with basic measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new equipment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Ability to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials.
- Ability to safely lift and handle materials as required.
- Comfortable working around machinery, metal materials, and typical manufacturing noise.

Responsibilities
- Operate metal fabrication machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, bend, shape, and assemble metal materials.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Follow work instructions, measurements, and production specifications.
- Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and proper fit.
- Make basic adjustments to equipment and processes as needed.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the work area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.
- Learn and become proficient with company-specific fabrication machinery and processes.
- Perform other production and fabrication duties as assigned.
