About The Position

We are looking for a Metal Fabricator to join our manufacturing and fabrication team in Sewickley, PA. This hands-on position involves working with metal materials and fabrication equipment to produce quality components. Previous metal fabrication experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided on company-specific machinery and processes. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, construction, welding, assembly, or other hands-on environments are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working with tools and equipment, and willing to learn.

• Ability to read a tape measure and work with basic measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Ability to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, lift, and move materials, and to safely handle materials as required.
• Comfort working around machinery, metal materials, and typical manufacturing noise.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, production, machine operation, construction, welding, assembly, or a mechanical environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate metal fabrication machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut, bend, shape, and assemble metal materials.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Follow work instructions, measurements, and production specifications.
• Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and proper fit.
• Make basic adjustments to equipment and processes as needed.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the work area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.
• Learn and become proficient with company-specific fabrication machinery and processes.
• Perform other production and fabrication duties as assigned.
